For the sake of curse/blessing of the right turn and left turn, only the road directions are considered in the Eixample’s octagonal crossings. If you are forced to turn diagonally left in order to cross the road safely, you may do that, as long as you then go diagonally right to continue down the same street you were on before. Also, crossing the road is allowed at any time.
