Do we randomize at the start or end?

If the thermo is cancelled as a result of randomise, does the hider still get the cards?

If the distance is smaller, then it counts as that smaller distance.

If the distance is larger, then the seekers can choose to honour the distance, or declare it a null question the that been asked.

Either way the hider gets to draw and pick cards
