Something that needs polishing, but basically the general idea is to find and enjoy an air conditioned location for 20-30 minutes.

Should transit be allowed?

Should it block questions, or be something that just strands you in a café for 30 minutes whilst you ask more questions?

Presumably we need to find somewhere that is heated in the winter

if we phrase it as climate controlled, that applies to heated in winter and cooled in summer...
