In our current rules it states:

A 30 minute lunch break can be declared unilaterally by the Hider or Seekers. It must be taken, and it must happen between 11:30 and 14:00. No questions can be asked, or curses played during the hiding time. The Hider and Seekers can declare different lunch breaks.

If the lunch break is not taken by 13:30, what happens?
